Rick Ross Owner/President | Byron Carroll Vice President | Chris Matthews Color Commentator | Jim Matthews Play by Play Commentator |
Rick Ross is a multimillionaire who was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. After high school, he attended Virginia State, and then Virginia Teck, studying Information Technology. With a specialty in Linux and Application Development, Ross eventually was making two million a year by the age of 25. His dream has always been to own his very own Pro Wrestling Federation, and now in 2013 his dream has become a reality. | Carroll is a cool collected business man who has no favorites and gives no favors without getting something in return. | Chris Matthews got his start as radio host in the Hampton Roads, Virginia. He graduated with a degree in communications from Norfolk State and later began writing for several television shows. Chris will be on broad as the lead as the lead color man. | Jim Matthews has been in the wrestling industry for many years. He began as a road agent for the defunct league called Bay State Wrestling, where he met “The Boss” Rick Ross. Jim followed his brother Chris to the IPW where he will be given the role as the play by play man alongside his brother. |
Louisa May Adams Ring Announcer | Holly Bach Interviewer | Johnny Revere Interviewer
A Cape Cod native, hailing from Falmouth, MA, Louisa May has always had a strong voice. She used to sing the national anthem at her high school’s basketball and football games. A graduate of UMass Amherst, she has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in vocal performance. Some connections eventually led her to BSW, where she got a job as part of the advertising staff. She offered to take the announcing job to pick up some extra checks, and get a chance to put her vocal talent to work. Today she is the Ring Announcer for IPW. | Holly Bach is a very tenured and experienced interviewer in the wrestling business. She has worked in three previous well-known leagues, and has a lot of rapport with the wrestlers and the fans. Having her name in IPW is a great boon to longtime wrestling fans, who value her skill and her experience. | Revere was raised in Framingham, MA, is a graduate of Emerson College, and is the former college roommate of BSW play-by-play man John Quincy. Revere doesn’t hesitate to ask the tough questions, and can often rub wrestlers the wrong way. He is impatient, but very effective at doing his job. Face wrestlers annoy him to a certain extent. He’s always gravitated toward the heels.
Gorden Sheppard Head Referee | Eric Devine Referee | Bryan Patrick Referee
Gordon was an associate official for the Calgary Power Wrestling (Shootclub) until the day that it closed. Today he will be the lead man for the official crew when it opens. Sheppard is highly experience and highly skilled and will oversee all of IPW’s biggest matches. | Eric is the most heelish referee in the crew. He thinks that he knows best and he gladly will get in the wrestler’s face – so long as there is no threat of retaliation. Consequently, Devine is known for occasionally grandstanding at the expense of more honorable face characters. He’s not blatantly biased; he wouldn’t keep his job if he wasn’t fair. But he likes being on television. | Bryan doesn’t take crap from anyone. Patrick had a brief stint independent wrestling circuit ten years ago. Though he has failed to become a successful competitor, he nonetheless developed a reputation for being incredibly tough and bold. He’s kept in shape and is happy to jaw with anyone who gets in his face. Still, he’s not out to pick fights; don’t question is authority and he keep quiet. |
